ONLINE ORDERS

Online orders can be placed using our secure online shopping cart system. Our payments are processed through PayPal. Credit cards are automatically charged when ordering on this website. Please note that the shipping lead times are listed on each product information page. If an item is backordered and will not be available within the posted lead time, we will contact you to find out if you want to cancel the backordered item(s). If you decide to cancel rather than wait for the backorder, we will refund any amount due for that item. Many of our handcrafted items are created after an order is placed and cannot be cancelled once they are in production.

SALES TAXES

Sales tax only applies to customers purchasing within the state of Connecticut.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Shipping time for most items is 8 to 10 business days. Some items may take up to 3 to 4 weeks or more for delivery. Please see product information page for estimated shipping time.

The products we sell will be shipped directly from our distributors. If you order more than one item you may receive your order in separate deliveries.

ORDER STATUS

Orders are shipped from the manufacturer and we can not give you status until it has been 10 business days. For order status please contact us via e-mail (see “Contact Us” link) if it has been more than 10 business days.

REFUND POLICY

RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE IF ITEM IS SHIPPED DIRECT FROM OUR SUPPLIER. Returns require a return authorization number from Webfactory. Please use our contact us page for your return authorization number and return address for your package. Return authorization numbers and instructions are only provided via email or mail. Any shipping costs associated with a return will be refunded at the discretion of Webfactory. Packages returned without an authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to the shipper. Webfactory must be notified within 5 business days for any damaged or defective merchandise received. Return authorization for damaged or defective merchandise after 5 business days will be at the discretion of Webfactory. Returns for other than defective/damaged items will be at the discrection of Webfactory and may require a restocking charge. Since we absorb the cost of the original shipping, refund of actual shipping charges incurred by Webfactory for original delivery of order WILL be deducted from final refund.

UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENT Shipments returned to the manufacturer due to the inability to deliver to an address will be refunded for the purchase price minus any shipping charges incurred in the attempted delivery and return and restocking fees charged by the manufacturer.

PRIVACY POLICY

To order products from Seaside Beach Decor you must create an account. To create an account, you must provide your name, address, email address and telephone number. This information is used as the default address for shipping and is also the default billing address used for processing your credit card. During the checkout process you may optionally enter a different shipping address and/or a different billing address.

The shipping address is supplied to shipping companies as well as companies who are providing the products you have ordered if we do not stock the items ordered. We do not take responsibility for the data security provided by suppliers and shippers (shipping name, shipping address, shipping phone number) used to fulfill and process your order.

The billing address is encrypted using SSL. The credit card number, the credit card expiration date and the credit card CVV number are never saved in our database or files and are sent securely to the credit card gateway for processing.

ACCESSING, REVIEWING AND CHANGING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

All information that you provide, with the exception of the credit card information which we do not save, can be edited by logging in to your account and editing your account information. Due to the risks associated with identifying customers over the telephone or via email we are not able to edit your information for you. Changes to personal information will not be reflected on orders already placed. Orders already placed will retain the original shipping and billing address entered at the time of order.

USE AND DISTRIBUTION OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

We will not sell or rent the information we collect from you to anyone, nor will we provide this information for any purpose to anyone other than what is required to process your order.

LOGIN INFORMATION

We will never give out login information over the phone or via email other than from the automated password recovery feature of the website. Passwords can be recovered on the login page and will be sent to the email address on file for the account only.

This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.
